Third party service providers may be engaged to perform a variety of functions, such as sending newsletters and mail, completing registration forms, and processing payments. I use JotForm, Square, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Canada Post on an ongoing basis. Please read their privacy policies.
I retain personal information about you for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected and to comply with legal record retention requirements.

Safeguards are in place to ensure that the information is protected against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. I will never sell your personal information. I ensure all personal information is fully deleted before disposing of electronic devices such as computers and cell phones.
